♦Connie Anaya - Founder / President

Connie Anaya has dedicated her life to serving Jesus by caring for those that are searching for hope, shelter, food, clothes, amenities, or just a loving touch from someone that cares.

Connie has been blessed with five grown children and so far 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild (most help with the ministry) all living in Southern California.

Her passion is feeding the homeless when and where God calls her. She had a business catering the rich and famous, and one day God showed her while feeding 400, that she will not be catering to the rich and famous, but catering to starving, poor and homeless children of God. God called her to open a ministry eight years ago serving the homeless in her own community. It started with her filling backpacks as directed by God and filling them with food, clothes, amenities, and a Bible and passing them out to those she saw in the streets  that needed help. After obtaining a nonprofit license, the ministry grew rapidly and within a few years, TOUCH Ministries volunteers have blessed thousands handing out backpacks, offering prayer, clothes, and serving hot meals to those in need in the Inland Empire Community. In the past, Connie has been called as a missionary to help others in Africa, Guatemala, Mexico, and Honduras, and looks forward to God calling her to other nations to be used for His glory.

 


♦Mark Sharifi - Senior Board of Directors

Mark Sharifi is a nationally-recognized speaker, financial advisor and educator. A financial services veteran of over a decade, Mark resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife, Laila, and two children, where he has helped hundreds of valued clients secure financial stability and increased peace of mind. His main focus is on helping individuals in and around Rancho Cucamonga navigate the ever-changing financial environment with sound recommendations and innovative concepts that are easily understood.
Mark‘s firm - Legacy Investment Services - is a financial and estate planning firm with a focus on helping individuals and families effectively prepare for retirement. A strong emphasis of the firm is educating the general public on financial planning techniques that can be used to safely generate retirement income, reduce taxes on retirement accounts, and offer protection from market instability.
Mark is also the Founder and President of the J & J Smiles Foundation - a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding children battling cancer and various terminal illnesses. Mark also serves on the board of T.O.U.C.H Ministries - a non-profit organization in the heart of the Inland Empire - providing meals and shelter to the homeless. Mark is an active, approved member of the National Ethics Bureau and Million Dollar Round Table, and he currently provides educational retirement planning events at several local community colleges.
Mark has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, a Masters Degree from National University, and is
currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree. He maintains Series 6, 63, &
65 Securities Licenses as well as a California Life Insurance License.
